Dear patients and friends,

During this unprecedented time and holiday season The Maas Clinic and The Appearance Care Center will continue to care for our patients. The San Francisco Health Department allows for healthcare operations to continue to remain open and operational (Section 1, 1.).

As always, we follow established CDC and SF Health Department guidelines to ensure your safety. We appreciate our patients, new and established, complying with our careful screening policies to keep everyone safe and healthy. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have had contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, please call us to reschedule your appointment for another date.

Please contact us directly at 415-567-7000 or if you have any questions or specific concerns.

We wish you and your families well and look forward to seeing you.

The Maas Clinic and The Appearance Care Center

We are reducing the number of scheduled patients per day. This may increase the wait time to secure a future appointment, however, we have extended our clinic hours to help mitigate:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: Appointments available by request

We strongly encourage contactless payment. When scheduling an appointment we will request your preferred credit card information. Our processing and storage system is a HIPAA-secure, encrypted system maintaining the highest security of your information.

All patients are required to have their temperature taken and wear a mask in-office.

Please cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. Late cancellation fees will be waived during the pandemic.
