Tina

Tina joined The Maas ClinicTM as our Practice Manager offering over 10 years of management experience. After attending Hunter College in New York City she began her career in the health and fitness industry in New York. Her love of beauty, skin care and her passion for helping others feel good about themselves, eventually lead her to manage a successful 5th avenue Medspa and Surgical Center. As part of The Maas ClinicTM she is dedicated to providing patients a great experience with knowledgeable staff. When she is not at work she loves traveling and exploring her new home state of California.

Cassidy

Cassidy joined The Maas ClinicTM in 2020 after graduating from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Communication. She has since gone back to school to pursue nursing and hopes to apply to nursing school in the near future. As our front office coordinator, she is committed to providing our patients with exceptional service, experiences, and results. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends & family, hiking, reading, and traveling.

Jacqueline, RN

Jacqueline joins The Maas ClinicTM with over 20 years of nursing experience. Originally from Canada, she traveled and worked abroad, ultimately landing in San Francisco. After many years working with plastic surgery patients, she is now focused on helping patients thru the surgical process, as well as performing aesthetic procedures to help them maintain optimal results. In her spare time, she enjoys the benefits of meditation, exercise, and seeing family and friends.

Courtney, RN, BSN

Courtney has a robust background and experience in aesthetic nursing. Beginning her career with a degree from UC Santa Barbara in Business Economics and starting her own business, she soon learned that her love and passions lie in helping people and hands-on interventions that change peoples’ lives. She went back to school to earn her BS in Nursing and graduated at top of her class.  From there she worked at a plastic surgery office in aesthetics where she spent the last decade acquiring her expertise in injectables and non-surgical procedures. She devotedly brings all of these skills and passions to her patients at The Maas ClinicTM. When she is not at the Maas Clinic, Courtney enjoys spending quality time with her children, exploring the outdoors, and being grateful for the simple treasure’s life has to offer.

Ella

Ella is a native Californian who joined the healthcare industry as a certified medical assistant in 2017. After growing up in Santa Barbara and receiving a B.A. from UC Davis, she attained her CMA license from San Francisco State University and got right to work taking care of patients. Using her years of experience, she works closely with each patient from initial consultation to post-procedure care. Ella is honored and proud to be a part of our patients’ journeys toward looking and feeling better about themselves. When not at the clinic, Ella can usually be found outdoors, whether playing tennis, snowboarding, at the beach, or at the dog park with her puppy.

Angela

After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology, Angela joined the Maas Clinic in 2021 as a medical assistant and clinical research coordinator. She brings over two years experience in UCLA research and focuses the majority of her time managing the multiphase clinical research trials, conducting subject visits, and assisting Dr. Maas and the Sub-Investigator in clinical procedures. The rest of her time is spent working with our patients, while furthering her passion for skincare and helping patients achieve their best selves. She plans to apply to medical school after gaining experience and knowledge from Dr. Maas’ expertise. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring the Bay Area, and watching films.

Kristin

Kristin came to The Maas ClinicTM  with over eleven years of marketing and sales management in the pharmaceutical industry. She excelled in her field with consistent exposure to the medical community by working closely with physicians, medical directors and hospital administrators, making her a valuable business consultant. As the Director of Community Outreach for the past sixteen years she most enjoys helping The Maas ClinicTM  and The Appearance Care Center give back to the community through generous donations to non-profit and other charitable organizations. When she is not at The Maas ClinicTM , she is likely with her family, volunteering at her son’s schools or engaged in an outdoor activity amid the beautiful surroundings in Marin county.

Sydney

After completing her licensure as an Aesthetician, Sydney decided to shift her career path into the medical field of aesthetics, and work towards her goal of becoming a Physicians Assistant. She enjoys working in an environment where she is constantly given the opportunity to learn and grow with the latest technology, as well as helping patients look and feel their best. Outside of work Sydney leads a very social and active life.

Carolyn, RN

Carolyn is a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Specialist. She came to the Maas ClinicTM with 25 years of nursing experience, primarily stemming from Critical Care and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Carolyn further expanded her skill set to include more “alternative” forms of healing, including biofeedback and Reike. She seamlessly incorporated Aesthetic Medicine into her areas of expertise and enjoys the ongoing relationships that Aesthetic Medicine cultivates. When Carolyn is not practicing the art of healing, she can be seen practicing the art of golf.

Raquel

Following a research internship at Zuckerberg General Hospital, Raquel came to The Maas ClinicTM with a passion for helping people. She gains her happiness from working with our vibrant staff and delightful patients. Raquel looks up to Dr. Maas’s brilliance. She plans on applying to either medical, or physician assistant school upon finishing her bachelor’s degree. She is always looking forward to the future and smiling through the present.

Teresa

Teresa has over a decade of patient care experience in Dermatology, Head and Neck Surgery and Plastics, and enjoys working with patients and helping them to maintain and achieve their aesthetic goals. She has degrees in Global Health and History from ASU, and is a certified clinical research professional with the Society of Clinical Research Associates. Along with Aesthetic Medicine, Teresa is also passionate about providing improved medical care for preventable diseases in underrepresented communities, and has done medical volunteering locally and abroad. She splits her time working in clinical research at UCSF and at The Maas ClinicTM and Appearance Care CenterTM, where she enjoys providing non- invasive aesthetic treatments, providing pre- and post-operative care, and assisting in clinical trials. When Teresa is not working, she enjoys playing classical piano, traveling, volunteering and visiting with friends and family.

Danielle Bautista, MSN-ANP

Aesthetic nurse practitioner

Danielle has worked as a nurse since 2011. She graduated with her Masters’s in nursing from the University of California, San Francisco with a double specialty, adult nurse practitioner and occupational and environmental health, and holds a jurist doctorate from Whittier Law School.

Initially specializing in interventional spine, physical medicine and sports medicine, she transitioned to regenerative ultrasound guided injections to aid in rebuilding and repair of the structures of the body concurrently she began working in aesthetics. To her delight she found much of aesthetics to be in the same realm of regenerative medicine.

For five years she trained with Dr. Corey Maas, a world renowned facial plastic surgeon, expert injector and researcher, and participated in studies for Galderma and Allergan. Danielle is passionate about perpetual learning and with growth of skill and techniques. She regularly attends masters injection and PDO thread courses/trainings. She is grateful for her experience treating anatomy under ultrasound and observing her injection placement in real time; she feels it enhances her skill as a provider.

Danielle is passionate about non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments to help her patients modulate the effects of aging and gravity. She offers her patients her expertise in IPL, customized Ultherapy, Scarlet RF ( micro needling with radio frequency), PDO thread lift, injectables including neuromodulators (i.e. Botox, Dysport), facial hyaluronic acid fillers to the cheek for volume replacement, tear trough, lips for natural enhancement and/or volume and chin/jawline reshaping, PRF/PRP/exosomes for the injections to tear trough, the scalp and topically after micro needling.

Danielle lives in San Francisco with her husband and Doberman pup. She enjoys running, adventure travel, philosophy and a freshly roasted cup of specialty coffee.

Samantha

Our Aesthetic Registered Nurse Samantha has been with The Maas ClinicTM and the Appearance Care CenterTM since 2019. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of California at Davis and received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the California State University, San Marcos. With several years of nursing experience specializing in Maternal and Newborn Health, Samantha made the transition into Aesthetic Medicine. She enjoys educating patients about skin rejuvenation and aesthetic treatments using the most advanced technology. More importantly, Samantha is passionate about empowering patients to look and feel their best. She enjoys helping patients to achieve their aesthetic goals and feel confident in their overall appearance. In her free time, she enjoys doing yoga, pilates, and spending time with her family and friends.
